I know this is a little early but I love planning ahead and not doing everything at the last minute. I just found out last night that Fiance parents are planning our honeymoon in Ponza, Italy!!!! (never heard of it?!? yeah, me neither until last night and spent the next few hrs googling it!) check out pics here!
My question to all the fashionistas out there is….what to wear?!?! I love clothes and fashion and I know what looks good….my problem is finding deals and putting outfits together
We are going to be in the fashion capital of the world (Italy!!!!) and I want to look chic and have clothes in my bag ready for anything.
Activities include: snorkeling (obviously don’t need anything for that…well, maybe a cute bikini for underneath my wetsuit!), boating to private inlets for swimming, picnic-ing on nearby islands, and wondering around the island, eating in amazing michelin ranked restaurants.
Here is the hotel…soooo excited!!!!
Need: sundresses, cute tops, shoes, jewelry, swimsuits!!!

Right now i’d hit the sales racks! you won’t be able to find warm weather clothes until April otherwise! And at full price =(
TJ Maxx/Marshalls is my fave savvy place. I always find Limited and Express goodies there =]

ah. concur. i’d hit up ebay. sounds lame but you can buy cute used stuff. I think $1,000 is PLENTY! What do you have in your closet you can take with you? Realistically, for a week, I’d say three total outfits, max, then mix and match! Capris, two shirts, two sundresses. plus, you DO wanna buy some stuff over there, riiiiight? =]
Urban Outfitters always has cool yet funky inexpensive stuff. Spend $500 now and $500 in Italy =]
