I hope she paid with a credit card. She should file a chargeback.

I work for Bunches Direct and am really sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience. We will investigate your order so please post your order number so I could look into the matter to see what had happened.

@Akasmith4:

I am sorry this happened but am not sure why no photo was emailed at the first signs of concern. We would have been able to resend immediately had we seen a photo. I am so sorry things did not work out and we are appreciate your feedback as we are always trying to improve our services.

I just joined The Bee because I have to comment on Bunches Direct.  I really want to use them for all of my wedding flowers.  I’ve been reading all kinds of reviews on them, all over the web.  I’ve seen LOTS of great reviews and some not-so great reviews.  The one thing that seems to be missing are photos.  No one seems to have photos of their “beautiful” flowers or their “brown, wilted and dried-out” flowers.  I would love to see photographic proof of either!

I think that there are PLENTY of fake reviews out there, both good (possibly from companies trying to make themselves look better) and bad (from competitor companies).  I think you just need to take a chance sometimes but make sure you have a back-up plan. Wink

Well… This is depressing. In Canada, DIY flower options are limited to Costco or BunchesDirect, and my options from Costco are white, cream, or red roses, and hyrangeas… Any other Canadian brides order flowers online from a different company?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! SCAMMING THEIVES!!!!! I ordered several hundred flowers and recieved 1/2 of my order. HALF OF THE FLOWERS I PAID FOR. When I tried to call I couldn’t get through to them, I tried SEVERAL TIMES. Time was of the essence so we have to drive around town finding other flowers. When they finally contacted me back – they told me that since I had not spoken to them within 12 hrs of the getting the order, that nothing could be done. They REFUSED to give me money back. THIS IS STEALING!!!!! RUINED THE DAY! AWFUL PEOPLE!!!!
