@SLS79: Ew, I hate those freaking silverfish. Little sneaky bastards, and they’re so fast! House centipedes are disturbing though, silverfish are just annoying.

I seriously have no idea why I thought it was ok to read this post. But now I’m creeped out and I feel like something is crawling on me! And if I ever saw ANY of those bugs you guys posted, I think I’d probably have a panic attack on the spot. Ugh I hate bugs!

I’m going to have to go with the cockroach that was ‘napping’ under my breast while I was in bed on our honeymoon.  Good times.

Well I live in a very poorly maintained rental building that was built in 1825 and it is totally infested with a large species of cockroaches (we see at least 1 a day now during the summer) and the long million leg bugs. In addition to that we have frequent outbreaks of fruit flies and once we had some kind of mini cockroach nest in our kitchen, they loved to hide under the coffee maker.

I cannot WAIT to move into our new apartment in May, hopefully we will just miss cockroach season!!! But seriously our new building is so well maintained and they send an exterminator for free anytime you need one. And we know for sure there hasn’t been any kind of infestation in our new unit which is awesome!!!

Ok, so, we have had threads about ghosts, aliens, and the details of childbirth…but this is BY FAR the scariest thread on WB!!!

@moderndaisy: those mini cockroaches are called german cockroaches i believe…they are THE HARDEST to get rid of. We had to get a bug man come out and set traps AND spray several times in my old apartment! the worst is they only came out at night…and my roomate never saw them so she thought I was making it up…one day I saw them come out from under the refrigerator…and my dad came over to move the refrigerator…there were HUNDREDS back there…
