You’re asking if EWCM is considered EWCM if there isn’t enough to leak out of you — did I understand you correctly? Yes. CM is CM even if it doesn’t get on the underwear. Why/what are you concerned about from a TTC standpoint?

jemmlove12 : This is gross, but:  In my experience, checking the toilet paper after pooping is the best time to find EWCM.  EW tends to stay in a blob, so its pretty normal not to see it on underwear. I’ve also found it while taking a shower. As far as other types, you may just have a smaller amount than some people, but I would still count it.

jemmlove12 :  I hardly ever have any real cm to speak of. I was actually a little worried from a ttc standpoint due to the fact that it’s necessary for sperm.

We just got pregnant on the first cycle and two things I did to naturally help my cm was drink grapefruit juice as I was ovulating and I took a half dose of Robitussin while I was ovulating.

Hope that helps!

jemmlove12 :  Some people use Preseed lube if they feel they don’t have enough.  But unless you’ve been trying a long time, I would just trust that your body is producing it when it needs to be.  Doesn’t hurt to stay hydrated and such around O time, though.
