Thanks for writing this, I was actually thinking about having our registry there; now I feel like I dodged a bullet.  Sorry that you had such a bad experience.

Ugh, sounds sort of like a situation I’m dealing with.  I started tweeting the company every day for a bit and finally have email correspondence from the specific store’s Groomsmen, with their customer service dept CC’d.  They haven’t solved my issue yet, but I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere, after tonnes of unanswered voicemails.  (It’s the Bay, for anyone who’s interested.)
