He threw them away?!??!! Isn’t it illegal to open or trash someone else’s mail??? Surely he could figure out it wasn’t his name on the envelope!

Thats scary. How did your neighbor not look at the name on the envelope?

Wow, I can’t believe he threw it away! I mean, it’s one thing to throw away something that looks like junk mail, but an RSVP envelope with pretty font looks a little more important.

That’s so disappointing. I wouldn’t be too hard on your neighbor though, we get a lot of old tenants mail to and its super annoying and we never know what to do with it. I’m kinda surprised your mailman didn’t notice. My mom always gets my apartment number wrong when she sends me stuff, but the mailman knows my name (based on other mail i receive) so I always get it.

I get old tenants mail too, for one guy in particular I’ve been getting it for 4 years (he moved over by one apartment), I’m bad, I used to give it to him but after a year I was fed up and now I leave it on the counter by our mail boxes. Wonder what he’ll do when I move out in a few months.
