I’d probably say no.  One of the reasons that EWCM is so great is that it’s a similar consistency to semen, so if you were just having sex, I’d guess that the “leftovers” are mostly semen mixed with your aroused fluids.

If your CM wasn’t already pretty close to EWCM I wouldn’t say it counts.  Monitor it this evening and tomorrow and if it’s still that consistency I’d count it.

@MrsRugbee:  That might lend a little bit more towards it being so, but unfortunately arousal fluids are just so similar, that it’s hard to tell! I would keep monitoring it! Best of luck dear!

@MrsRugbee:  Based on this fact that you used water on it and it stayed egg white-y then I say it’s EWCM since semen is water soluble.

@MrsRugbee:  I’ve been wondering the exact same thing. I’m a couple days away from ovulating (I think), and have only been seeing wet/watery cm. But, it seems that after BD’ing there’s lots of stretchy, clear CM. I’m sorry I don’t have an answer for you. But just wanted to let you know you’re not alone in wondering. ๐Ÿ™‚
