Was it rape?

Based on what the OP has written this is clearly rape. She said no, was scared that he would hurt her if she tried to fight him off, he undressed her and started having sex with her while she was saying no, and she cried throughout it. I really don’t understand how anyone can say this wasn’t rape just because she wasn’t screaming and attacking him? Many rape victims give in and allow it because they are scared or think it’s easier than trying to fight a man off.

If a woman says no it means no, it doesn’t mean you can keep wearing her down or continue until she screams and fights you.

ijustdontknow :  I am so sorry that this happened and I can’t imagine the hurt and confusion you are going through. I’m glad that you are moving forward with a local service provider and I hope that they are nothing but professional and kind to you. I also hope that they can give you a better way to describe what happened because there are some mixed answers here.

There is a child on the way now and you need to do what you can to put yourself and your child first, always. There will be consequences for pursuing legal action against the father and there are consequences for not. If you frame your mindset to think about what is best for your child, you should be able to make a good decision.
