I’m going to see the venue I’m very excited about tomorrow, and I’m worried I’ll forget some small detail that will turn out to be important. When you went to check out your venue or meet with the staff to sign the contract, was there anything your forgot to ask about and wish you had remembered? I have only been to one wedding that I can remember that could be similar to what we’re going for, so I don’t have a great mental list of details. I’m not so much worried about the big things like ceremony space in case of rain, but more about smaller details that may not be spelled out in large print.
Some details that may help: we’re having the ceremony and reception at a golf club on a Friday night (very few of our guests work M-F, 9-5), and going to try to budget for a full open bar and sit down dinner.
