Farrah’s blood pressure must be through the roof because she seriously gets worked up if her parents even open their mouths to speak to her. I’ve never seen someone get so offended by EVERY LITTLE THING. I think she’s a deeply unhappy person who doesn’t know how to relax or just take a chill pill once in awhile.

Also, I’m not surprised Debra punched her that one time. She’s awful to everyone; rude, condescending, disrespectful, and impolite. That goes for anyone you see her interact with on the show.

I wouldn’t tolerate it either, but at the same time that just seems to be how they communicate. Her mom is overbearing-Ferrah responds with a snotty attitude and then they its over. I was pretty proud that she asked her parents to go to counceling to work on thier communication this week.

@ohheavenlyday: Did you see the last episode? She was SO rude to the person at the airport “I ALREADY CHECKED MY DAUGHTER IN” but with such ATTITUDE. It was insane.

It is so hard to say what I would do as a mom. I love my daughter and hope that I will be able to love her unconditionally forever. But even if after counceling, she continued to act like this, I am unsure I would be able to continue a relationship with her.

It doesn’t really shock me that much. She’s a teenager (or as mature as a teenager). I was a horrible nasty person to my parents when I was her age or a little younger. I am not proud of it and definitely don’t act like it anymore, but I’m not shocked at her behavior.

@highwire: I was the same way, unfortunately. My mom and I are too much alike in our temperaments, and we clashed a lot when I was a teenager. Now, we get along great. But, I still think that Farrah has way too much attitude, and uses it in times that she doesn’t have to

Farrah needs a punch to the face.. although her mothers condescending tone sometimes drives me nuts as well.

They are gas and fire together .. just not a good combination

I cant even imagine saying “shut up” to either of my parents.. I think I they would literally die of a heart attack, or shoot me in the face… one or the other

@MrsSl82be: @stardustintheeyes: I’m pretty behind on my Teen Mom to be honest. Last I saw was back near the fight and her mom getting arrested or whatever. Even though I was so nasty when I was younger, I don’t understand why my parents put up with it (similar to Farrah’s parents) but maybe it is just easier that way and no one took it personally? I don’t know. It was a weird age. But I do agree, editing probably has ALOT to do with it. Take a few weeks of filming and tie together all of the scenes where Farrah was acting rude, and there ya go, a TV show.

ON another note… isn’t Tyler the most adorable thing ever?  He is going to grow up to he one helluva man.  It shocks me how well adjusted he and Caitlyn (is that her name???) are considering their backgrounds.

@MissNoodles:

I liked when Catelynn got the call about getting the job and Tyler was at the table eating pizza and quietly flipping out. LOL.

@highwire: yeah, when I was like 22 or something, I said to my mom, “thanks for putting up with me when I was a teenager and not sending me off to boarding school!!!”. She laughed and told me it was tough, but she was glad that I turned out as good as I did, given my need for drama at the time.

@MissNoodles: Catelynn is how its spelled, right name though! Yeah, he is adorable. I hope those 2 make it, they are my favs 🙂
