Good luck; my ink came RIGHT OFF when they touched water so they had to sit out, uniced for the whole ceremony. Boo warm water! I’d do a test run before you make them all. I did all of mine at once. Oops! I like the first two the best tho. Mostly the green cuz i like color tho if i had to pick just one =]

Laser printers use a dry ink that sets and won’t run. Inkjet printers will run when water hits them.

I bought some that were more expensive but were truly waterproof and printed on my inkjet.  We used them all weekend and they still looked good after 2 days in ice/water in a cooler.  For the life of me I can’t remember where I ordered them but I’m selling the leftover sheets here if anyone is interested:

I like the last 2 designs.  I learned that a more “compact” center message is better as something like the 3rd design might get lost because you have to turn the bottle to read the whole thing.

I like the 1st and 2nd ones best, but on the 1st one I’d change it to “June 5th, 2010” instead of just numbers.

I like the revised version of the 1st one and the 4th ones the best. Awesome job! These were on my original DIY list but I ended up cutting them because it was doing my head in.

I like the 2 modified ones the best. The center design with the solid green and the big S with the damask pattern. Regarding the black, double check your canvas size vs image size. Or your print size vs your image size.
I don’t think the green will be a problem, you can print on green paper!

@EJS,You just confirmed my fears that I should spend the $$ on waterproof labels! Not that much more on onlinelabels. 🙂 But we’re doing beer labels not water bottles.
