Here’s a random question – I’ve just started teaching a water fitness class and am looking for some fun moves to do in the water. Unfortunately the pool only goes to 4’3″, so no deep water moves will work. Do you guys have any ideas? I’ve been incorporating kick boxing, pilates and basic “sculpting” moves.
Or, what’s your fav workout that you think might transition well into the pool?
