care23 if you decide to go the fake eyelashes route I advise to have them applied by a professional.

I had never worn them before in my life and my mom made me nervous thinking that I would be irritated by them (and I didn’t do a dry-run with my makeup).  I went to MAC and had them done and I loved them.  Within a few minutes I couldn’t even tell they were on and they stayed put all day.

Good luck and congrats!

The glue for applying false lashes is very important – the best brand is by DUO, it comes in clear or black (so it either dries clear or dries black, to conceal the glue even better. If you are wearing black liner, the black glue is better.

Of course going to a professional can solve the problem most of the time – but during my first makeup trial one time, the lashes were coming off within 20 minutes aftewards! That’s not the only reason why I didn’t go with that artist, but sometimes you gotta be sure his or her portfolio looks very stellar!

Book your artist now if your wedding date is feb 16th! good luck!!!
