My suggestion is to have your BMs measurements taken by a seamstress, then they can chart their sizes from there. You need the following  measurements: bust, waist, hips, hallow to heel and hip to heel.

I had my Maid/Matron of Honor try on a Watters gown and she was measured for it, even though we ended up going with something else.  They’re pretty true to size, but keep in mind — depending on their measurements, their size could move up or down.  My Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are the same cut as yours and you have to work off of the bust measurement for most girls.  I would suggest your BMs head to a bridal salon to be measured.  If you can find one that carries the Watters line, they will have a Watters size chart and they should be able to tell you what size your ladies will need.
