I’m a 32H/G and when I tried it (at least it looked nearly identical) eyes went one place. If you notice there isn’t all that much room for excess volume. I guess it depends on how much cleavage you are comfortable with- I am comfortable with next to none so this whole style of dress was a no-go for me.

@July: That’s a gorgeous dress. I haven’t tried it on, but when I tried on dresses with low-cut necklines like that, the ladies at the bridal shop said you could put matching lace in there to make it more modest, if that’s a concern. Might be something you can ask about if you find a store near you to try it on.

This is my dress! I am a size 14 and my chest size is D cup. It is very low cut, but I am going through alterations now and they have fixed it so it is not low cut at all. I love my dress! Let me know if you have any questions about it!

This is a picture from my first fitting and you can see it all pinned together in the front.

Aww, thanks for the compliment!

Oh and I thought I would mention that I am a street size 14, but the shop ordered it in a bridal size 18. It was pretty big on me, but they were able to make the front much more modest at my first fitting. Second fitting tomorrow!

@July: I actually went in another direction- I was all over the place style-wise when trying on dresses. I ended up with a dress that has a tip-of-shoulder neckline into a moderate V with shirring and pleating instead of lace. My main concern was finding a dress that would allow for the serious foundation needed to minimize the bounce created by dancing (of course I picked up one of the bounciest dance styles ever so I have extra concerns.)

Thanks, treasure!

I really do think the Watters Harmony dress can be great on most figures. It’s low cut, but in my case that was an easily fixed problem. The dress is A line so that shows off my curves in a good way 🙂
