How exciting! I’ve seen some very pretty Watters dresses from the new collection, although it’ll be hard to top the Pronovias you posted. That dress has one of the most gorgeous backs I’ve ever seen!

Usually for a trunk show they’ll bring all the dresses from the new collection for brides to try on. Sometimes they do a fashion show as well. I loved catching these because then I got to try on the samples that were fitted for the models which were a lot closer to my size than the store samples (except still way too long, haha). There’ll usually be a 10-15% discount if you buy during the trunk show. You may also get some customizations or extras for free. Finally, in some cities the designers themselves make an appearance. I got to meet the designers for both of my dresses and I even got an autographed sketch of my dress for Lazaro.  Then I got to take photos with the designer πŸ™‚ I thought the Romona Keveza Legends designer was an over-enthusiastic salesperson first but once we got over the misunderstanding he was hilarious.

Watters dresses are gorgeous! I’m biased though because I bought a Watters dress! hehe. I never went to a trunk show though. I wish I would’ve been able to, because it was so hard for me to find stores that carried the Watters line. There were so many styles I wanted to try on but wasn’t able to. Have fun!

Bumping because I’m going to a Watters trunk show in March and I’m SO excited. I wish it were tomorrow! I am dying to try on Lasara and Tyler, fingers crossed they have the both.

Anywho, did anybody go recently that has a clear idea of what % of they offer to order that day? And do you just need to do a DP or pay in full?
