Well normally I’d tell you to do a dry run but it looks like your wedding is close. I’d say 2-3 days before.

I did on Wednesday for my Saturday wedding.

I would say try it a few times before! You never know how your skin will react in that delicate area. You probably aren’t too sure how fast your hair grows and that will play a big factor too!

Generally it depends on how fast your hair grows, but I think minimum is about 3 days to give your skin enough time for the redness and irritation to go down.

Edit: Oh your wedding is very close. Ok 3 days minimum.

At the shortest.. 36 hours.  However, I would recommend 48-36 hours… depending on how sensitive your skin typically is.  If it’s your first time doing it, no caffeine before and take a few tylenol an hour or so before going in.

I had it done and it was the worst pain ever but I loved it…weird? lol

I would totally do it again and again even if it hurts. its worth it!

For me, the pain is pretty bad.

I’m getting my legs waxed a week before the wedding, so I can get my airbrush tan the Wednesday before the wedding.

Given that you have never done it I would go at least a week before.  You don’t know how you are going to react and if you go to anyone worth a dime, the hair won’t be back for about 4 weeks and definitely not in time for your wedding.

It wasn’t that bad at all…. when you make your appt request who’s done it the longest… take 3 advil about 45min before and you should be good.

I didn’t realize I should do it that close to my wedding date and already went… turned out great but definitely didn’t last till April 9th =( lol

I’d do it about 3 days before (normally I’d recommend doing it a few times in advance but you don’t have time for that).

I don’t find the pain bad at all.  I’ve never taken any kind of pain meds and I’ve been going monthly for 2.5 years and ever had an issue.
