Hello all you way-more-creative-than-me bees!!
Our colors are Navy and Copper. I love these two colors together, and everyone seems to think it’s a great idea… but I’m having the hardest time finding ways to incorporate the copper! The Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses will most likely be navy, the pintuck overlays are navy, the chair sashes are navy… I was thinking copper ribbon for the menus on the table, the favors, some decorative accents on the cake, and candle paint on the floating candles, as well as copper pearls in the vases (20″ cylinders). Do any of you lovelies have additional ideas?? Thank you so much!

What about copper-y accents for the BMs? Copper jewelry and shoes? Here are a few shoes I found with a coppery hue on Zappos:

If you are going to have chargers – def go copper. Instead of copper ribbons for the menu, if you have a backing, you could use copper colored paper. And what about your napkins? If they are navy, perhaps you could add a copper colored accent to them?

Yuu can definately accessorize the girls in copper – from shoes to jewelry. For the bouquets, you could also have the stems wrapped in copper ribbon.

I had copper “wraps” around my flower stems in my centerpieces. They were really cool! You can kinda see them here.

@Eight6Eleven: I love the subtlety of wrapping the stems in copper wire. Thank you so much!
This is why coming to you ladies is so much better than asking my Mom. God knows I love the woman, but I love what you have all come up with so far. Thank you so much!
