I’m sure I’m not the only bee feeling like they’ve got sooo much on their plate that they could scream, so what’re some fun things you do to relax and maintain your sanity through the whole planning process?
My favorites, running or kick boxing, especially if it’s been a VERY stressful day!

I think my way to relax is actually planning for the house and wedding on the computer and then doing karate (when I’m not being the instructor).
But now my fiance is starting to get stressed…ha. o_O

haha, if I could answer this question I think my life would be a lot better! My Fiance says I’m the most high-stress person he’s ever met. I do enjoy running, and I have some less healthy habits like eating and shopping (both of which I haven’t been able to do at all because of the wedding!) and sometimes I like to do crafts, so having a very diy wedding has helped with my stress somewhat… But yeah, I don’t cope very well.

Horseback riding! That’s my favorite. Beyond that, running or a hot bath with a good book and a glass of wine.

I wish I knew the answer! My wedding is in less than three weeks and I have serious anxiety. Here is what helps me:
running, working out in general
-making really organized To Do lists and knocking things out on those lists
-delegating. I just started delegating things and this is helping so much.
-letting go of the things I know we don’t have time for. It’s liberating!
-a glass of wine and a good meal

Reading, cooking, taking baths, cleaning… they’re all stress relievers for me :]

Anyone else got some good stress relief?!

To destress, I enjoy:
going on a hike with my dog & camera & take photos
hanging out with a friend
doing a light workout, like stretching
watching CSI or Heroes
All those things I would love to be doing, but don’t seem to have the time for it now. And I’m stressed, so I need time for those destressers!

I workout – Pilates, spinning – anything to get me moving. And I try to eat well, but when I’m really stressed it’s chocolate and wine (yeah, good coping mechanism, right?). Of course, my FH still calls me his “little ball of stress” – somehow I have the most vicious knots in my neck and back. All. the. time. It’s amazing that I’m even able to move. But then, I just think of how much worse I would be if I wasn’t already doing my stress reducing activities 🙂
