I got the call today that we in fact are getting the foster baby on Monday. She is 4 months old and I am super excited, DH is very nervous about it because we have only fostered older children. We have 2 vacations planned this summer each for about 3 weeks. We won’t be able to take the baby with us as it will hinder her progress with her Mother but she will be going to someone we trust for those weeks. I already went clothes shopping crazy today 🙂 this will be the first time I have been able to shop for a baby girl. I only have nephews and we have only had boy foster children. Our Dear Daughter is 15 and I can’t shop for her anymore she is much to picky. Eeeek I’m so excited and just had to share my excitment with you bees 🙂

Congratulations and best of luck 🙂 I am hoping her birth mother is able to get her life together well. I am sure it helps a ton for her to know that her baby is with someone who is so good with kids and truly loves them!
