So we bought a suit for Mr CL a little while ago, and I’ve only just remembered I took a photo of him. He’ll have a different shirt for the wedding, and a waistcoat and tie.
It’s very shiny which is maybe not what I’d have picked, but he loves it – he was absolutely grinning his face off when he tried it on. It’s the first time he’s bought a suit which fits him properly (yay for slim fit!) and it was in the sale – an absolute bargain at £99!
We’re going to ask the groomsmen to just get a charcoal suit – we don’t mind if they hire or buy and they don’t have to match. We’ll organise matching ties for them.
What do you think? Please ignore the helmet hair – we’d just travelled a fair distance on the motorbike – and the blurry mobile phone photo.

Very snazzy! He looks like he feels like a million bucks with that smile! Mr. Bisciut picked out a very shiny navy blue suit to wear on our upcoming wedding day. I always thought a regular black tux would be best for him but he looked incredibly handsome in his unique suit and classy light brown shoes! Yay for men making some wedding decisions!

Very nice! Definitely have to think about what my fiance will wear and I love seeing what other people chose.

@Mrs.Jansen: Thank you. Obviously I think he’s pretty handsome, but I guess I’m biased
@wederly: It was funny – he hates clothes shopping, and we were supposed to be out looking for a new work wardrobe for me. Apparently all that changes when he stumbles across something that he feels good in!
@Broken Biscuit: He always said that as he wasn’t allowed to see my dress, I wouldn’t be allowed to see his suit, which kindof went by the wayside when we accidentally bought it on a whim! But he’s determined that I’ll have nothing to do with the accessories – his mum’s assured me that she’ll help him pick out a tie which won’t clash with the bridesmaids.
@aprilwedding31: I’m so glad that he went for a slim fit suit rather than a morning suit (which is what most people would pick out for a wedding in England). It suits him so much better, and perhaps he’ll get a chance to wear it again in the future.
