@the_future_mrs:  Your ring is going to be beautiful no matter what. Its a symbol of the committment you and your Fiance are going to make to each other when you two get married and that in and of itself makes it super special. I do understand wanting to love your ring and as long as you are excited about it thats all that matters. πŸ™‚ I would love to see pictures too! so if you got em post em!

What a hassle!  I hope that when your new ring arrives it will be “the one”. πŸ™‚

@the_future_mrs:  Holy financially responsible BATMAN! You are saving yourself, what, nearly $19k compared to the other ring? CONGRATS!

I’m sure it will be absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait for pics!

@the_future_mrs:  Can I ask, why did you go with such a different setting?

Also how does your Fiance feel about the swap?

I think I love the new ring. Even though I already have my ring I still browse MoissaniteCo and the ring that you picked was one of my most favorite! πŸ™‚ I can’t wait til you post pictures! > <

Wow. Walking away from a $20k ring. You go girl! I can’t even fathom having that much money on my finger ever. I’m sure you’re going to love your moissy far more than the problematic ring. Congrats!

I am on my third ring…1st too big and didn’t care for the setting, they would have had to rip it all apart and re-do it anyways to get it the right size, so kept the same center stone and got it changed to a halo.  Took it to get appraised, and turns out there were CZ stones in the halo and shanks of the pave.  Practically begged, but finally got our money back, and ordered a new ring from a local jeweler that me and FH picked out together.  I am SO completely infatuated with my ring now, 3rd time was definitely the charm πŸ™‚

I’m so happy for you! I’ve read your posts and it always seemed like you wanted moissanite in the back of your head.

The only problems I’ve had with MoissaniteCo are my progs are little crooked but I think that’s part of the setting. Also it came a little big πŸ™

Can’t wait until you post pics when it gets here! yayyy
