I like what your Fiance has picked out for himself, and like Option #1 for the boys!

I like option #1 as well.  So cute!  My runner up would be option #3.

What a fun and creative wedding πŸ™‚

I love what your Fiance has chosen. Personally, I think option 1 is cute, but to casual next to all the other choices. I think option 3 would be best. Is there any way to differentiate the groom from his groomsmen without the coat, but still keep the similar style?

I have to say, I love the outfit your Fi has chosen for himself. It’s awesome.

As for the groomsmen, I like Option #3. It looks appropriately formal and like it will match well with the Bridesmaids. Is it possible to find a different vest to distinguish the groomsmen from the groom more?

Ok! I thought from the wording of the original post that you were worried about your fi looking too similar to the groomsmen if they wore number 3, but as long as he is easily distinguished in clothing like that, I think number 3 is the best choice. I can’t wait to see pictures of your wedding.

I think that the knickers are a bit too casual next to all of the rest of the bridal party. But perhaps they would look more formal in a darker color, if you really want to go that route. Kind of like…. this:

(Personal picture of my Fiance and I from our school’s production of Spring Awakening)

I didn’t know how to describe the look withotu posting a picture. A bit darker pants and slightly more fitted (maybe not as fitted as these) and all the rest of the men in the show wore different jewel toned vests. FI’s was a saphire color, and the other male lead was a ruby red.

And I don’t think the groomsmen need to wear jackets if they are wearing vests that help keep the tops a bit more formal.

First of all I just want to say I LOVE your wedding even though it hasn’t happened yet lol. I think your Fiance picked an awesome outfit and I like both #1 and #3 as groomsmen options! Although I think I like #3 the best. Also, where are you finding all these awesome vintage suits? LOVE them πŸ™‚

The outfit your Fiance picked out for himself is great.

I really like the suspenders in option 1, but I agree with PPs that the knickers are too casual. Can you do suspenders with longer pants? My next choice would be option 3.
