So we had a meeting with a potential caterer that turned into a tasting and it went so well. I was so impressed with the food and decided on the spot that they were the caterer for us. The place is a restaraunt that we love so the decision wasn’t that hard.
Heres our menu:
Stationed Hors d’oeuvres
Coconut crusted chicken skewers with a orange horseraddish sauce
Beef and gouda eggroll with a cucumber aioli
Pan seared chicken with shallot beurre blanc (so simple but so delicious)
Jumbo tiger shrimp linguini with apple smoked bacon, shallots, and cream sauce (goooodd)
Seared porkloin with cinnamon apple chutney (omg so good, so autumn)
Butternut squash with rosemary mashed potatoes (addictive)
Garlic sauteed green beans
Salad station with 2 house dressings
White and wheat rolls with whipped butter
Ahhhh this is the first time writing it out and it looks great and for a grand total of….$20 a person! Of course service, staff, and travel will be extra but $20! We are so excited. So what do you think? Oh and we don’t have any vegetarians so that wasn’t an issue.
