… and I am a little disappointed. We had waited quite a while to order them (we got married at the end of May), but it was because we felt overwhelmed looking thru the proof book of 3×4 inch pictures to pick out all of the prints we wanted. I had wanted to make an appointment to go look at them on a big screen, but they informed us that they don’t do that and that is why they give us a proof book, so we can look through them on our own. We finally sat down and did it, and ordered quite a few prints, as well as a 20×24 print, a 16×20 print, and an 11×14 print.
My husband picked up the pictures yesterday, and after looking through them, we are missing basically ALL the duplicates that we ordered for family. Also, none of the prints came in the folders as it was stated in the ordering packet. Not that big of a deal I guess, but when I am spending 18 to 25 per print to give as a gift, it would be nice if they had the folder with them to give the photos with.
The 20 x 24 photo that we ordered was us standing in front of this really cool clock, and when we got it back, they had cropped off the top little part of the clock on the print.
The 11 x 14 print we got was of our wedding party, and I am super disappointed that one of my bridesmaids eyes are closed. We couldn’t tell that from looking at the 3×4 inch proof, and I would have thought that they would have noticed that when they were editing it and called us to see if we wanted a different photo instead.
Sorry for the vent- its just kind of frustrating. I am going to call them today, and I am hoping that they will be willing to make things right, and offer to reprint at least the 20×24 and the 11×14.
