I like them! I think they all flow together well and aren’t the overdone red/orange/brown colors of fall!

Oh, I see you’re a fellow Chicago bride… where are you having your wedding?

I’ve actually never seen that color scheme.

Throwing in such a cool color (soft blue) in with all the very warm fall shades (rich red, dark purple, copper) is going to be difficult.

I think red/purple/copper could work. And I think blue/purple/burnt gold could work.

I agree that the blue throws it off a bit.  I like the other three colors together though!

Hm it might be a little too much with all three. I really like different shades of red (like those jelly beans or m&ms in the heart) with copper accents. That would look beautiful and different and really nice for october! And many people do red & tiffany blue (so not quite blue but blue-green or so) which is really pretty too.

Actually, I would choose one of the fall shades to pair with the blue, if you were into that combination. But then, it depends on the look you’re going for. I’m really partial to the rich red and teal blue combo, although it made Fiance shudder and we ended up not going with it.

What kind of wedding do you want? What are your possible reception places? Do any of these combos work better in your top choice?

I really like the inspiration that kala_way  posted.  Here is some blue and red inspiration.  I think you could make it really cute with the crisp red and blues.  Or make it fall with Orange and blues.  But your original post I think you have too much going on adding in the copper and the purple.

Red and Aqua ( prob my favorite)
