    Personally the idea of dill spiced anything makes me want to hurl, but you are not going to please everyone. I really cant imagine anyone hating a citrus glaze, so that might be a pretty safe bet.

    Difficult decision! As a Swede, I wanted to go with DILL, but maple is wonderful too. Ended up voting for the later as I thought it might be more appealing to the guests (very unscientifically based on the way my Canadian Fiance reacts to the two elements).

    As a canadian… maple and salmon are a match made in heaven! Add cider and it sounds exquisite!  The cider will give it the tartness to counteract the fattiness of the fish and balance the sweetness of the maple.  I know I”ve tried it with soy and boy is it DIVINE!!

    I would vote for the maple one. It won’t be that sweet after it’s cooked and will probably be really good. I don’t like the sound of the other two
