Thanks everyone! But I have some bad news…we found out that the ring isn’t actually antique or estate- it’s from a designer antique mold (so antique “inspired” but not actually antique…) Really bummed about this, but on the plus side, this means I get to try on more rings I guess lol. I’m definitely looking for an estate or antique ring, so this is non-negotiable (as beautiful as that ring is). Sigh. The search continues…I will post again when we (actually) find the right one!

Check out exquistejewelers.com, they are in Illinois. They are online and have an eBay store. The reviews are incredible and the customer service was great. I have a hard time shopping locally where I live. We found them and it is totally my new jewelry store! This wasn’t my first marriage so looking for a ring was different experience . I was able to go Platinum for the same price as white gold and my diamond is certified and the price was better than what we could find at RareCarat. This was a new Verragio. They do have estate rings…for me.

I love this ring!! It’s so unique and breathtaking.. and in regards to the price, at least with a ring that intricate, an understated plain band would compliment it really well and also be more affordable! Although I probably wouldn’t go with a wedding band at all, but that’s not for everyone. I hope you rock the gap if you have a band, I personally find it so much classier.. but you do you 🙂
edit: just saw your recent comment! Good luck on your search and enjoy the process!
