- Wedding: June 2013
So I finally went bridesmaid dress shopping, I couldn’t wait to go! MOB and Maid/Matron of Honor accompanied me to NYC to visit RK Bridal with a million print-outs in tow.
I have 4 bridesmaids and 1 Jr
I printer probably 10 pictures of different dresses I saw on rkbridal’s website…and when we got there, we were so overwhelmed, but the lady at the door pulled everything I printed!
Here is the winner! (I didn’t know we could take pictures inside the room (without their “knowledge”) so I rushed and put the gown on to take pics right before we left.
The sample color is the actual color we are going with! And it was also important to me to make sure my Maid/Matron of Honor felt comfortable because she is well gifted in the chest area. (This dress also comes in another style which I will show you, that the Maid/Matron of Honor will wear)
The Style is Jim Hjelm Occasions Fall 2012 Collection JH5267 in Azalea (the swatch makes it look reddish, but it is a nice purple shade!)
Model Photo from JH website (left is Maid/Matron of Honor dress with removable floorlength skirt, right is bridesmaids dress without removable skirt, and flutter bottom)
(On hanger….the photo makes it slightly darker than in person)
(Showing it without leg forced out of the side slight)
(With leg stinking out of side slit, don’t mind the face…I was sweaty!! and look the color matches my iPhone case!!!)
^ very horrible quality cell phone pic.
So those are it! I wish they had a sample of the Maid/Matron of Honor dress, but I know it’ll be just as beautiful!!!
