I’ve seen multiple posts over the years asking for feedback. I have seen very few changes other than making the site more annoying. (floating toolbar, more ads, converting acronyms to words – which are wrong half the time anyway.)

katebluestone :  Agree. “Spruce things up” is code for putting more ads in.

There is very little “feedback” in that survey, I won’t bother filling it in as you never change anything, we’ve had the same issues for a long time and no one does anything to change when things are wrong (like the acronyms deciding they absolutely know what you mean) so ehh bother?

Is this why I got a message from someone wanting to talk about my experience with Weddingbee?

Hello! I’m the product manager for WeddingBee.

I understand your frustrations and I apologize for our slow progress. We’re currently working on a couple of improvements that you have been asking. You will see them in the upcoming weeks!

I did reach out to a few users so I can gain more insight into how you use WeddingBee. Please ping me if you haven’t gotten a message but is interested in talking to me.

Thank you!

Well l will complete it, but like others l see no change to things we have been begging to be changed so far.
One thing l would quite like to see is an ‘ignore’ button like ImDb used to have. That way you could just never see posts from people who drive you crazy, and it would make for less derailing and general crossness.

eta, l did just complete it and as a pp said, it’s not really asking for feedback is it? Just asking for the odd suggestion at best, not asking us to comment on aspects of what you do and how it might be improved, which is what l understand by feedback. It’s data collecting really.
