I need to know where you buy your athletic/yoga/running leggings that DO NOT PILL after a few wears! I feel like I’m pretty careful in the way I launder my athletic clothes but I feel like by the 3rd wear any brand I try is totally pilled in the crotch/between thighs. Where should I shop???

I absolutely love the leggings from https://curvesncombatboots.com/
You have to be a little more careful when pulling them (you put them on kind of like tights), but they’re SO comfortable and they stay in place no matter what I’m doing. They don’t pill at all, they’re squat proof, and they’re not super thick and hot.

Jazzylove : My favorite are actually the Zella brand at Nordstrom — they go on sale a lot AND they’re at Nordstrom Rack. My fave are the live-in leggings, I have two pairs 🙂 They’re also high waisted but very comfortable. I wear them all the dang time and they’ve never pilled like my lulus tend to.

Beyond Yoga! Their leggings are buttery soft and the waistband has great compression & doesn’t roll down. They are a bit pricey but so worth it. I don’t bother with Lululemon any more…

I’m a personal trainer, I wear gym clothes all day. Stay away from cotton. The real sports brands like underarmour, nike, last YEARS.

Jazzylove : I own tons of athletic yoga from Victoria Secret Pink , they’re my favorite. I’ve had them for years and the quality is great .

90 Degree by Reflex leggings, you can find them on Amazon. I hang dry and haven’t had any issues.

I like Fabletics, even if I hate their marketing and “subscription” program.

My bike shorts are Baleaf from Amazon! So far they haven’t pulled and they feel silky smooth!

I second Zella. They’re usually included in the nsale. I’ve had mine for over two years and the stitching (cotton thread) is just now starting to pill. They fit amazingly well. I’ve heard rumors that the head designer at lulu left (years ago) and started this brand for Nordstrom.

bctoquebec : I totally agree. My Nike and Underarmour leggings have lasted me AGES. I have had really good luck finding great quality, brand name athletic clothing at Marshalls and TJ Maxx.

sparkosity : yep I buy mine primarily at Winners (owned by same folks as Marshalls)

Yep Winners for brands like Nike, Underarmour etc, but I’ve also personally had great luck with Old Navy and they have a lot of super fun patterns
