I would be offended if my grandmother wore anything resembling a veil to my wedding.  I don’t care if its a facitor, birdcage or whatever.  Even if it is fashionable at the time period I would like my friends to dress up in.  Its definitely a wedding-don’t for quests.

I’m going to agree with most other people in saying that I wouldn’t worry about it.  I doubt most people will even notice that  the hat she will be wearing even has netting on the top, let alone think she looks bridal.

If you are worried about Grandma stealing your thunder then dear you have bigger issues! Think Derby or Queen of England. I’m sure that Grandma’s heart beats at being able to wear all those “wild” styles of her day. Let her break out her blue suede shoes and get down! If it were a younger woman trying to wear something attention-getting I’d say Heck-to-the-no but Grammy ain’t no whammy!

PS – Originally voted Certainly not but Grandma is no threat so my vote is yes.

iI think it’s great that grandma is.do excited, and going through the trouble of matching your theme. It will be just fine,.and I’m sure it won’t be white.
