I’m definitely in the hunt for some super cute burgundy shoes. Something like this!

I will be having burgundy shoes even if I have to dye them or bling them out myself. I love this trend!

I’m wearing WALTERMELON colored heels to match the sash that is on my dress… My mom wasn’t too sure about it but when I showed her how it looked, she LOVES it…

I wore a pair of red suede wedges. They are super comfortable and I have worn them so many time since the wedding.

You must be new here, OP 🙂  Colored shoes are all over WB.  David Tutera is behind the times apparently.

@SanPedroBride:  Did you get those from Payless?  Because I have the red and black pair and they are so comfortable!

The were a gift from a friend she had gone to the states (I lived in Belize at the time) so not sure where she got them. The name inside the shoe is Dexter. They are totally comfy and the rounded toe makes my feet look so small.

I’ll be wearing my royal blue flats which I searched high and low for.  I wanted the pop of color because I think it’s fun and hello……something blue!  =)  I mean, I think  you should wear whatever makes you happy.  I got hassled a bit for not wearing heels but once everyone saw how happy my flats made me….they were sold!  So I will be rocking these on October 7th.

Im a shoe fanatic.  I have about 100 pairs of shoes.  With that, I have a lot of fun and colorful pairs that get regular use.  For my wedding I wanted shoes that were more bridal then everyday, so I sprung for ivory because I didnt want to feel like I was wearing any other pair I own.  But I totally understand the appeal of a fun or funky shoe under that crisp gown.

Love this trend – and I upped the ante a little with my coloured crinoline!

And David must be really behind the times as this trend has been around for awhile! My wedding was two years ago and all of my friends who got married in 2010 also had coloured shoes!

There was no doubt that I wanted to wear colorful shoes, I think it is fun and pretty! My girls are wearing dark purple gowns with silver heels and I am wearing dark purple heels. These are them.
