I do. My hubs got me a new e ring and it had side diamonds so one side would be scratched with my wedding band. I just don’t want to solder them either. But recently Ive decided to wear them both but always on the same side. Here is my upgraded e ring. And with my band.

I like my ring better without a weddingband so I never purchased one. Even with one ring people assume I am married.

I often wear only my engagement ring. Worn together my wedding set is 6mm wide and when it’s hot just one ring is more comfortable.

I do! It’s just more comfortable to wear it on its own. Because it’s an intricate setting with sidestones and filligree, I feel like it has enough “presence” on its own. (Although I keep telling myself that someday I might get used to the thicker feel of the e-ring and matching band together!)

I only ever wear one ring at a time. Sometimes people think I’m engaged, but that doesn’t bother me. Never loved the look of two rings together on my finger.

I’m married and just wear my e-ring.  I prefered the look and comfort of my e-ring by itself, so I didn’t get a separate wedding ring.  It’s not the most common scenario, but I know a couple other people that also wear just their e-ring.

I just wear one ring, although I am playing with the idea of adding a band.

I do sometimes. Do whatever you’re most comfortable with.  My husband doesn’t care either.

Fiance and I bought my engagement ring both knowing full well that it was also going to serve as my wedding ring (if I can part with it long enough during the ceremony, lol!), which I really like, because mine is a double halo with more pave diamonds down the shank…so I feel like adding any more bling would be laughably excessive. My fingers are pretty small and short, too…so I like having just one thin band.

stcott :  Oh that’s gorgoues! I love the detailing along the rim…and yeah, with yours, it could easily swing either way! 🙂 Best of both worlds!

I have never once seen my mom wear her wedding band, only her e-ring. Come to think of it, same with my aunt. I honestly didn’t even know wedding bands were a thing until I was in my 20s. Not sure yet if I will end up getting one or not.
