So I woke up this morning with a tingling behind my eyes and just knew I was going to get a migraine today. Lo and behold right after my 9am hearing the migraine hits full force. Ugh! I feel like I’m going to puke and pass out at the same time. I have to get some work done so I am stuck wearing sunglasses at my desk. Plus my doctor’s office can’t call me back until after 1pm but I’m not sure what he can do for me since I haven’t been officially diagnosed with migraines yet (this is my second one ever and the first one lasted 4 days!)

Migraines suck 🙁
I find there isn’t much that gets rid of mine, other than sometimes sleep. Pain killers, caffiene, and a prescription med for nausea do help my symptoms so that I can function. Hopefully the doctor will at least be able to lessen your symptoms!

You need to leave work and get in to see your doctor.
If you don’t have an offical diagnosis, this could actually be something else. You need medical intervention.

You’re only making it worse staying at work, it will go much much quicker if you lay in a dark quiet room. And I agree PP, you should really see a doctor if you don’t 100% know it’s a migraine. Please don’t drive home though, get a taxi.
Hope you feel better soon
