Wearing veil for the reception

    My friend wore her fingertip veil the whole time, it was gorgeous. A cathedral one would probably get super annoying, but I don’t see why you shouldn’t wear the shorter one the whole time!

    I think it depends on the length of your veil if it’s on the shorter side anything not dragging behind you why not but if your planning a cathedral length veil I think you would end up having people step on it and it would be in the way.

    My veil was fingertip. I wore it to the reception and had it on for the first dance and during dinner. Halfway through the reception I changed dresses and took off the veil.

    I am getting married next year in September so I would like to wear mine to whole time. I wanted a cathedral veil but it didn’t look good with my dress being a mermaid style. So instead it is a shorter veil. I do think I would like a different veil but we will see. But I do want to wear the veil for at least first dance, cake cutting and some pictures.
