Not wedding dresses but white pants, capris, shorts or shoes? Its the middle of march and it feels like summer!! Just curious your thoughts on wearing white pants this early in spring? Is it too soon? When do you normally start wearing white?

Whenever I grab it. I don’t pay much attention to the dates/temperatures. I just wear what I’m in the mood for.

Always. I live in California. 🙂

I don’t give regard to the time of year when I pick a color to wear. Ever.

I just wear it once the weather turns nice (: If it feels spring-ish or summer-y then I whip out my spring/summer colours.

I think the whole no wearing white during the fall/winter season rule is out of date. I wear whatever I want when I want. I’m not likely to wear white pants in winter, but I’ve worn a white skirt. I think I’m more likely to grab white pants whenever the weather starts turning nice just for comfort reasons. We’ve been having 70 degree weather lately which is a jump from the 35-40 it was two weeks ago. Having light pants to keep cool when outside would be nice about now.

I voted 20 degrees and up since that’s when it starts to feel like summer to me, but really its whenever you feel comfortable in them! There’s no set rule that I know of. 🙂

I wear white all year long, never even thought about it.

Ahhhhh….my posts aren’t showing up. Let’s try this again….
I think we can throw out the old rule where you can only wear white between Memorial Day and Labor Day. As long as the temps are warm, go for it!

My rule is after Easter! I don’t care when people do, but that’s what my Grandma always said!!!

I’m in Upstate NY and its going to be around 70-80 this week! Normally its snow storms haha, so it’s definatley spring feeling. So I chose first day of spring, even though it technically isn’t, the weather is just too nice to limit clothing based on color 🙂

I will wear white tops all year round and am okay for winter white or cream-y whites in winter, but I usually avoid white shoes and bottoms until Easter. People are more conservative about this where I grew up, so that has influenced me, I gues.

I wear white all year round – well, when I wear white. I mean, black is my color after all, lol. But living in FL, we don’t really go by those fashion rules here (it’s not exactly ever NOT summer). I guess I would say it depends wear you live.. or I would say it depends on the fact that you want to wear white and who cares what anyone else thinks?

Also, there is such a thing as winter whites and they are beautiful! I’ve seen New Yorkers in “winter white” before – and those New Yorkers I know are strict, strict, strict about fashion lol
