@PitBulLover:  I agree with you! Someone wore a white sun type short dress to my wedding and I really could have cared less! It didn’t steal any kind of spotlight or anything from me!

@Coloradolov:  My cousin that I didnt want to invite to my wedding but my mom guilted me into inviting wore an all white dress…..Normally I could say I’m not sure if it would bother me on anyone else but I do think its rude, and just given the relationship we DONT have its almost like she purposely pulled a “I’ll show her”….. she’s just such a little bitch.

she didnt show up for our ceremony and when she showed up with the family at the reception I just rolled my eyes when I saw her. Her, her husband, child, her bother (my other cousin), his girlfriend, and my aunt and uncle all came to my wedding. ate my food, drank my booze and I didnt get so much as CARD from any of them. (not even talking about a gift……but not even a card?). Classless classless people that re-affirms why I didn’t want them there, and my mother now understands.

I don’t think it matters. You can always tell who the bride is anyway.

Though I probably wouldn’t do it, it’s not considered a faux pas to where white to a wedding anymore, according to fashion experts.

Just as the “don’t wear white after labor day” rule doesn’t really apply anymore either.
