I love the idea of incorporating aqua.  Aqua and pink can be really cute together especially if you use some lighter shades of pink .  What if you do Aqua, Pink, & White and use black as an accent?  I wouldn’t worry too much about the invitation similarities.

A more subtle aqua for the bridesmaids

Could you change the shade of pink? If you love it, I wouldn’t get rid of it all together. Or like PP said, you can add little touches of aqua, that would make it more unique from the other weddings.

My Bridal Shower was the colors in the middle image and it turned out so pretty. I picked them, because my Maid/Matron of Honor asked me to. So, adding the aqua accents would work.

Darker aqua, like teal isn’t too bright.

I agree with the PP’s.  If you absolutely love pink you should keep it.  I like the idea mjameson83 had about incorporating the aqua.  That idea board is fabulous.

I love the colors pink and brown, pink and orange, pink and aqua or turquoise.  There are SOOOO many ways you can make it different and unique without completely going away from your original colors.  GL!!!
