Ha! I had a dream last night that we forgot everything at home…the flowers, the decorations, the pastries, etc.  And the only underwear I had were bright pink, and they showed through my dress.  We didn’t have enough chairs for everyone either, and people were irate. WEIRD.

@speechgal44:  Not about my wedding, but I have been having dreams about my friends getting married actually. They were total bridezillas too.

I have only had one.  I dreamt that hardly anyone showed up and the flowers were terrible.  I remember thinking in my dream, “I paid how much for this.”  Kind of funny now…

I used to have these all the time!!!  It was always the same too… I’d wake up and it was my wedding day, but nothing was done.  I hadn’t sent out invitations, I hadn’t booked our vendors, my dress wasn’t ready, we had no decorations, etc.  Sometimes the dream starts when I’m supposed to walk down the aisle in ten minutes and my dress doesn’t fit and my hair and makeup isn’t done.  It’s like those dreams where you show up in class and you’re taking a test that you haven’t studied for.  Super stressful!

Amazingly enough, once I booked our day-of coordinator, I stopped having them!  Thank goodness!!  haha that peace of mind alone was worth the price of booking them 🙂

@speechgal44:  That’s exactly how my dreams went too!!  And I had them pretty frequently as recurring dreams, so every time I had them I would think “I can’t believe I didn’t learn my lesson last time we had that horrible test.  I need to start going to this stupid class!”  Then I would think about it more and realize “Why am I still taking classes?  I graduated 5 years ago.”  hahaha.

I’ve been having crazy wedding dreams too!  Mostly bad ones though.  I’ve been dreaming that I was late to the ceremony and that we had to do redo and pick different days to do it.

Another one is my daytime outdoor ceremony would turn to nighttime due to my lateness and we had to do it in the dark without any lights!

aahhh crazy

I have been having wedding nightmares for a couple months now.

The ones I remember were the one where I was late walking down the aisle and I couldn’t get my dress on by myself because I had insisted on sitting on the back row and watching everyone else go down the aisle.  Another one where we forgot what day we were supposed to get married and we got married on the wrong day and no one showed up.  Or the one where no decorations or favors or anything was done and I was panicking saying we couldn’t do it we would have to reschedule!

Oh and the one where the bridal salon gave me a totally different dress the day of my wedding…

I don’t know about you ladies but I’m looking forward to a peaceful nights sleep after this wedding is over!

I have also been having wedding nightmares as well as dreams about old flames from former crushes to ex-boyfriends.  It is so strange and I will be glad to get back to peaceful sleep in a few months!

I’ve had a few of them and I think they mostly had to do with my fiance not showing up (which would NEVER happen) or people I don’t want there showing up. Lately, I’ve been having more nightmares about nursing school! lol. I’m hoping that the wedding dreams don’t start back up again when school is out for the semester

I actually thought about making one of these threads yesterday and forgot! hahaha!

My wedding nightmares border on the ridiculous.

-Dreamt everyone got food poisoning from the reception

– Dreamt we booked the church for January 16 instead of June and they made us get married with no one there.

-Dreamt my ex showed up drunk to the wedding.

-Dreamt I forgot to get my dress altered.

-Dreamt we were forced to go on our honeymoon the week before the wedding and we were trying to determine “what to do” (we’re waiting)

– Dreamt we got all the way to our honeymoon destination and realized we never signed the marriage license.

The list goes on and on, really.
