You look amazing as is. worrying about weight when you look healthy and beautiful is silly, but I know it’s hard not to in our society.

since you want to lose more weight try to drink a lot of water, run, eat as clean as you can ( veggies, salad, etc.). I find that when I feel really healthy and fit I am more accepting of any “flaws” in my body because I know I’m taking care of myself.

best of luck!

You already look great! Don’t pay attention to the scale, I started working out 20-3mining a day for the last couple months… The scale hasn’t changed much but my arms are thinner, ass is higher, back is firm and I still fluctuate from 117-121 just start excercising and start feeling good about urself!

You’re gorgeous.

I’m 5’3″, maintaining around 136, after being 157. My mom thinks I should be smaller, but I’m happy at this size.

@Bluebird16:  you sound like you have a healthy lifestyle! So just relax and you’ll look great on your wedding day! Also, I drink dandelion root tea a week before an event to get rid of bloating so maybe try that! It couldn’t help ๐Ÿ™‚ by the way you look less than 132, not that 132 is even big!

Sweetie, you look BEAUTIFUL! I love your dress, and think you look amazing in it! If it helps any, I am barely 5’1 and was right around 132 pounds before I began my weight loss journey – it probably took me a year of eating right/exercising more for me to lose 15 pounds and get to 115 pounds on my wedding day.  Hardest thing I’ve ever done!  Like a PP mentioned, it’s about drinking lots of water, exercising more, eating less salty foods, etc.

All that being said – I think you could not lose a single pound and still look stunning on your wedding day!! ๐Ÿ˜€

You are beautiful! If people are hurting you with thoughtless or unkind comments, it’s okay to tell them, “Wow, that sounds so judgmental, I’d really appreciate it if you could stop saying stuff like that around me,” or whatever makes more sense based on what they’re saying. You deserve to enjoy this time, not be stressed out. You’re gorgeous!

Honestly, and IMO, if you were a size 0 that dress wouldn’t look half as good on you. Some dresses are geared for curves. You look beautiful! Now work it ๐Ÿ˜‰
