I  like the idea of being able to change out the middle band. I have an eternity wedding band, and the rose gold band is from pandora.

I wear two  bands with my engagement ring  –  One that was made to match the e-ring, and the other my husband surprised me with on our wedding day.   I change how they are stacked from time to time, but mostly wear them exactly the way he put them on my finger during the ceremony 🙂

janelka25:  Mine is a plain matching band to my ering.  I really like it plain and simple.  I didn’t want anything crazy.

I love these stacks. I have an antique e-ring and therefore setting not very stackable so not a look I can go for. It was a tricky thing getting a wedding band that worked with it. Very happy with my set though.

steph0h:  One week – the countdown is almost over! You must be so excited!! Your band looks very classy with your engagement ring!

I am so loving looking at this post! I could look at ring porn all day. The sets and stacks are all so gorgeous! It’s funny, I used to be so fussy about mixed metals (yellow gold or white gold – never mixed!) Now I see how lovely the mixes are and want a mixed metal stack too! I might wear my original w-band with my new set, I wonder how it will look!

I’m not married yet, but I found my wedding band and just got it sized. I was a bit worried about matching my two tone vintage ering. the band also needed to be dainty to not overwhelm it. I was never really into channel set, but I love the pop of gold on either side. Can’t wait to wear it!

I have a mismatched wedding band and just bought a middle rope band, excited to see if it goes together!

I have a matching platinum set.  I change up the way i stack them depending on my mood.  I have a 2mm plain band the same width as my solitaire,  and a 3mm anniversary band with flush set diamonds.

Sandwich stack:

Solitaire on top:

Sometimes i don’t wear the anniversary band:

And here’s my other set,  antique art deco,  the e-ring is white gold,  the band is platinum. I have a couple other antique bands that i stack with this one as well.  Ignore the tourmaline,  lol,  it’s the only pic of the set that i have on my phone.

birdsnest22:  i really like your mixed metal set! I’ve been thinking about getting a thin rose gold spacer. My problem is that my set is euro shank so it is difficult to find something that will fit.  I’m not sure how a round shank would look or feel.

Looks great on you!

I’m a nut about symmetry so mine had to match. Every now and then I think that I might want a stack one day, but when I add another ring it just doesn’t look right. So I think I’ll leave it this way Forever 🙂
