No, I don’t think so at all. I have seen some bee’s on here with e-rings that have alot of diamonds but wedding bands be white gold simple bands & its a gorgeous look! I think a simple 2mm band would look lovely!

Do you have a certain budget? My wedding band was 155 bucks.

10k white gold, channel set diamonds. Here is a picture of it.

@SweetSara: I was the same way! I know some bees have bought online & got a great deal. One thing to look at is the color & specs they have listed on the diamonds in the ring.

Hopefully they will see this & post their rings to show you. 🙂

    http://www.overstock.com is really good, also.

I know alot of bees wedding bands & even e-rings came from there.

seriously, I think a plain band would look just fine.

try buying a cheap stainless steel band and wear it around for a few days to see if you like the look of a plain band or not, this one is only $5: http://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Polish-Comfort-Wedding-Available/dp/B001D3UDJQ

it won’t look exactly like a white gold ring, but it will look close enough to give you a good idea of whether you want to buy a white gold version or not.

plus, then you will have a stainless band you can wear camping or gardening, etc.

I think you need to try it on and see. I really thought I would like one thing with my ering until I had them together on my finger. Then I went in a different direction.

I don’t think a simple band would look bad at all! And you have to do whatever is best for you financially right now. My Fiance loved this gorgeous platinum band, but it was way too expensive for us. So we got him a cheap ($30!) tungsten band for now, and he’ll be getting his platinum upgrade in the future. It kind of sucks–I want to give him the band he really wants right now, but we also have to be smart financially, and this is the best decision for us.
