I like the first one. It is so very elegant!

@bella731:  Honestly? I think all of these bands over power your ring. Have you tried a plain band with your ring? Or one that is lower profile? I feel that these bands sit up so high that they compete with your ring. They are all pretty though and if I had to choose I’d go with #3 because it looks like the daintiest one.

@bella731:  Yeah it doesn’t sound like the plain band he had would be a good match for your ring. Most people think they have to match the height of their e-ring but I think otherwise. I actually think the band should be lower so it could let the e-ring shine if that makes sense? It all depends what you like. Let me see if I can explain myself.

I don’t have these rings anymore but maybe these pictures will help.

See how this band sits low compared to the e-ring and let’s the detail show?

And this would be another band I had that was comfort fit and thicker so you can see how it takes away from the e-ring a bit?

Of course this is kind of subjective because some liked the thicker, higher band but I just feels like it took away and that’s why I prefer a lower profile. But these are just plain bands and not ones with diamonds like yours but some diamond bands sit lower. Again, this is just my opinion but I hope it helps illustrate what I meant 🙂

@bella731:  I like them all, but I guess ring 2 would be my favorite. I would caution you to be careful of any side diamonds that will be touching your e-ring band though, because the diamonds can completely scratch the metal over time, since diamonds are so hard. And if diamonds are touching diamonds, they can scratch eachother.

    I really love number three.

I agree number one is too much and I think number two is too busy!

@bella731:  Did your jeweler tell you anything about side diamonds being hard on metal if they touch?

@bella731:  Yes, I would be worried that they would. Diamonds are harder than gold or platinum so they would scratch over time if they were continually rubbing against each other. If you had them soldered that would decrease the issue, but I wouldn’t risk it, honestly. i had to get curved bands because I have side diamonds on my Engagement Ring that would have touched a flush wedding band.

@bella731:  I guess what I meant when I said dainty was the height of the ring. Ring#2 is a bit more narrow because the diamonds are smaller and I think that’s what you mean. And I was drawn to #3 because it seems to be a lower profile. Do you have a side view of #3? If #2 was the same height as #3 I would say it was perfect! But I’m super picky and I don’t want to confuse you hahaha!
