After our last huge jeweler fail we are on to a new one. Unfortunately, it means the ring won’t be done till January, latest. Until then, we’re gonna order my wedding band.
I’ve always wanted to wear my e-ring on one hand and my wedding band on the other. They’re both unique rings that I want to show off separately. That and I don’t believe I could even pair the band with the e-ring. Now, I’m just trying to figure out which hands to put them on so I can order the band. Reason being is my knuckle on my right hand is slightly larger than my left so there is a potential I’ll have to get whatever ring sized a little larger for that hand.
Sizing aside – which hands would you wear them on? 🙂
Here’s the ring that’s being made –
Here’s the wedding band we want to order –

I definitely prefer wedding band on left and e-ring on right if they’re worn separately. I think the wedding band is more important and should be worn on designated finger. But that’s just me 🙂

beautiful rings! Love seeing a wedding band on left finger, more traditional. 🙂

I always say wedding band on left hand, whether paired with the e-ring or not. I think if you left your e-ring by itself and had your wedding band on the other, people wouldn’t be able to tell if you were married yet or not.

Wedding band on left hand, whether with e-ring or without.
I prefer a set, so I can vary my right hand ring rather than have it dedicated to an e-ring!

I wear my Ering on the left and my wedding band on the right. I think I would not look married if I wore my Ering on my right hand. To me, and Ering on left hand = married or getting married.
I don’t really think wedding bands are necessary. My Grams (Grandmother) only had an Ering and I like the simplicity of one ring.

@MrsOliveBird: I hadn’t thought about the RHR issue. Hmmm. And I love my RHR, though I wear it on my index finger. Glad you said something.
Noticed the “Neither, find another ring” votes are gaining. To all those who vote a set, I’d love to hear your reasoning. Do you prefer the appearance of a set? Do you just want to wear both rings on the same finger? Do you not care for the wedding band? Do you believe that both rings should be worn together on the same hand (ex. cultural thing)? Thoughts? 🙂
