Hi bees! Please show me all your wedding bands!
I posted a while ago asking about wedding bands, but since then I’ve changed my mind about the kind of wedding ban I want.
I have a very thin and dainty (1.4mm) rose gold e-ring and I’m not sure what kind of wedding band I want, so maybe you can give me ideas!
Things to keep in mind:
I like lots of sparkle!
Even though I love how dainty it is, I don’t want the wedding band to be as thin as my e-ring’s band, so when I wear it alone it wont look minute on my finger.
Other than that, I am extremely open minded!

I got a twisted wedding band so that it doesn’t take away from my thin engagement band. What about something like that?

Oops, didn’t mean to post my picture twice!

I think you just need to try rings on!
Eternity and half eternity bands are pretty classic and sparkly. You can also get them in various stypes (prong set, channel set, bezel set).
I love bezel set bands:
Not my hand pics, these were pics I pinned from another forum for inspiration:

MissMarple: I love those! The first picture is similar to the one I’ve been considering this past month.
tlw07d: Hehe don’t worry and thank you! I love my ring.
lovin_iswhatigot: Lol! Us bees can’t get enough ring porn!

Gleam: I would caution you against getting a wedding band that is noticeably wider than your e-ring band. Try on some wide bands and see what you think. I suspect it could end up looking lopsided, with the wedding band dominating the e-ring.
Here is a skinny, twisty milgrain band I have that I love sooo much. If you see one like it in a store, try it on and see how it looks with your ring. I love it because it’s stackable and I can mix and match it all different ways. Here it is with my e-ring (and a skinny pave anniversary band), and on my right hand with a seven stone engagement band my husband got me:

I have a really thin band on my engagement ring also very similar to yours. I choose a wedding band that was pretty much double the width to also protect from wear for my engagement ring. It’s a 1/2 eternity diamond band. I have people commenting on it all the time because it’s something they’ve never “seen” before as a set.

I have a smaller halo on my sapphire e-ring, and we went with a simple .8ct eternity band.

BelliniChic: Omg I love your stack! I will definitely be trying on a twisty milgrain band! I will keep looking and trying rings the same width, I just want it to look beautiful if i wear it alone.
Sheryl0013: That is what im aiming for, and it looks really nice!
applecat: That’s a beautiful ring!

My Rose gold pave band, and I’m patiently waiting for the twist band to complete my set. I think yours would look great with the twisted band on either side of your ring. Maybe in white gold.

Gleam: I hope you went with your gut. I had everyone from my parents to friends and family tell me that the combo wouldn’t look nice together and they were too “different” and I should find something that matches. I love it my husband loved it once he actually saw it on. Don’t let people talk you out of your own style and what you love. I literally had my heart set on the style and size the minute I got engaged and probably tried on over 100 bands till I spotted this one at Costco and my mouth dropped Because it was exactly what I had been looking for!
