So my Fiance and I got engaged in July and while shopping for rings I was so head strong against a wedding band….but now I kind of regret my decision. I like the idea of being able to to just wear my wedding band and keep my ring at home (had a huge accident with my hand…ring got ruined but it saved my fingers from being really damaged…got it fixed thank god!!)
I also like the idea of wearing them together after my wedding and feeling different. My Fiance also really wants me to get a band and keeps reminding me of it.
Here is my ring:
Should I get a band? Would my ring even look good with a band?:
ANY help is appreciated!!!

If I were you I’d leave it as it is, but that’s cause I’m a simple girl. I don’t think a band will look bad but you’ll probably need a costumed one cause it might be tricky to het one that fits your ring.
The decision of getting a band is entirely yours, will you be happy not having a band?
look at sets online to get ideas of how it’ll look with a band.

yea Im completely okay if we don’t find a band, but because we picked out the ring with no band in mind/me being a simple girl as well, I can’t imagine how it would look. Probably have to get them seperate.
thanks for your advice

Gourgeous ring by the way.

yea my ring is having a hard time finding a “match” also. it’s got a thick ornate band that’s curved (sort of like yours – thicker in the middle, tapers thinner twds the back) so no straight band really sits flush with it.
so far, i’ve found some of the wbands that have irregular boarders (like the ones where you have rounds-marquis-rounds : like the tiffany’s swing bands) work best when trying to put it together with non-straight edge.
or i’ve been told that my finger’s too small to really accommodate 2 rings, so that i should really move my e-ring to the right and get whatever band for left. = i dont know how i feel about that. i’m not 100% sold yet.
just go try on whooooole lot of bands and you just might be able to find one that you really like 🙂

I would switch it too the right hand and get the band of your choice. That’s just my opinion but do what’s right for you.
