Not an easy decision, but of the options I’d probably go for A. Your engagement ring is a stunner and has a lot of presence already on it’s own. I would see A contributing to that better, as it would not bring more curvy shapes which the e-ring already has a lot of but a distinct straight line of bling.

By the way, is the band going to sit flush with your engagement ring (ie. is there room under the stone setting?) or is there a gap? Most of the band is going to vanish if it’s sitting under your engagement ring so that might change how you feel about the options as well.

I would go for the straight band, I think the vintage one might compete with your engagement ring. (Which would be a shame because your ring is STUNNING!)

It’s too bad you don’t have the engagement ring and options side-by-side. I think with the curves you have in the flower shape, the straight band might not be as overpowering. However, if you like the very intricate and fancy look, the art deco one is the one for you. I HIGHLY recommend a trip to a jewelry store to combine them in person (if you haven’t already).

I’m going through a similar debate with my Tiffany Soleste. I couldn’t decide on a plain band (no diamonds at all) or a scalloped band with tiny diamonds. I ultimately decided that with a more modern looking ring, a more scalloped edge would add a little old world feel, as much as I wanted something easy to maintain. I narrowed it down to two metals (yellow & platinum) and couldn’t help but notice your “art deco” choice looks very similar to mine.

I still have no idea what I want! LOL!

I like the straight band as well it will highlight your ering without competing with it.
