@KatyYoung:  I think a delicate, thin pave eternity band with a slight curve so it sits flush would be beautiful. Something similar to this one here:

Do they make one to match that gorgeous ring?  There is so much beautiful intricate work on the side it might look nice to go with a matching band if there is one.  Otherwise, I like the pave or eternity band that curves around it or maybe a twisted eternity band in pave or diamonds.

I agree with @lavenderstone.  That kind of band would be perfect for bigger rings and it still looks very pretty as a standalone in case you are not able to wear your e ring for whatever reason.

My sister-in-law has that type of wedding band and it’s gorgeous.  Hers is not an exact match with her e ring though but she didn’t really care because she doesn’t always wear her e ring (due to her job) but the band is gorgeous enough that it didn’t matter that it didn’t match.
