I feel like any band would look lovely 🙂 What kind of jewelry are you considering?  A plain band, some diamonds in the band, or colorful stones, or a silver band with a design in it?  Are you trying to match your SO’s ring?  I’m sure whatever you pick will be lovely and sentimental!

beee11:  If you initially wanted side stones, I think you should get a band with some diamonds in it. If done right it will complement your center stone, not detract from it 🙂

Based on the solitaire you seem to like classic and elegant, so I think a channel set eternity or half eternity would be gorgeous, but the right width is up to you. Have you tried on any bands yet?

This was my first ring, a micro pave half eternity platinum ring. I loved how dainty it was because my e ring is a knife edge band and quite thing. My diamond is 0.33 oval. I actually bought a different ring a couple of days ago, but I thought it would post the old one for reference to give you an idea 🙂

With such a small solitaite, I would absolutely choose a diamond eternity band.

I think you really have to go and test as many bands as you can get your hands on. You might like something in pictures but feel it looks odd when you yourself wear it. I know that’s true for me at least.

I don’t think wedding bands with stones overpower solitaires, rather I like the interest it brings to the set, it can make both of the rings stand out on their own.

I think a channel set or pave set diamond band would look lovely, but I’d go with small stones so as not to detract from your engagement ring. A plain band would also look great, though!

beee11:  Aw, thanks! I’m not actually married yet, just changed my mind about my band, lol.

Here is my new one;

It’s very different.. I kind of went the complete opposite direction! Unfortunately I couldn’t resist the allure of sapphires 🙂
